I can’t even make an appointment. The receptionist seems to not know how to do something so simple. Pick up the damn phone not put them on hold for 30 minutes

Dr Bostead is dangerous and has left me partially paralyzed after scheduling a c section and then walking in to being induced for 5 days and having a doctor shove their hand inside me to help me dialiate to 2.5 cm after him calling me the day before the scheduled c section, to verify I cpuldnt do a natural birth. Only to walk in with him telling me he is no longer doing the scheduled c section. He wants me to do a natural birth, after days of screaming and fighting for the c section security was called in an threatened to remove us from the hospital, I told him I was a rape victim and couldn't do a natural birth and even walked in with a printed c section birthing plan. After 5 days of induction and a liver ( cholestsis) inflamed and Nurse ken advocating telling him I was giving up and I'm going to die did the charge OR show up and tell me the OR has been open this entire time. As I was going through back labor and my son was breached without amniotic fluid for over 24 hrs, and hitting my cervix while my shut down , did the or finally come in and say I could do the SCHEDULED c section, as I'm headed in they hit my left side with epidural for them to tell me just let me know, as my

Nothing is taken seriously, you can watch the receptionists sit there refusing to answer the phones (You can actually call reception before walking into the building, make it through the physical line to check in, and see that staff actively does not answer the phones and will leave people on hold indefinitely and even will hang up while you are on hold). Referrals for even serious medical concerns will take many months as they never file anything with any sense of priority. If you have pressing concerns, go somewhere else.

Appointment scheduled for two. Arrive at 1:30 and they said I'm late, it was at 1:00. I have the card by my bed. Of course I don't have it with me, so have to wait on standby. Otherwise it could take months for another appointment. It's not the first time this happened. I've had multiple issues with the reception screwing things up.

I needed a tetanus shot and was between jobs so had no insurance. Washington State has a program that gives uninsured folks free vaccinations. They have a map of providers and Seamar is listed as a provider of adult vaccines. To double check, I called and the lady who answered the phone said "Yes, we participate in that, it's a walk-in thing, we don't take appointments for it." So I drove over a few days later and when I walked in, no one at the front desk knew what I was talking about. They asked the nurse supervisor and she said they don't participate in the program. I wouldn't have minded if there was a mixup on the provider map... but I called to confirm and their own phone people said they participate. Wasted half an hour of my time driving to/from due to. Gave them two stars instead of one because at least they were very polite about it when they said no.
